Campaign Manager 360

How to link your account and sync offline conversions to Campaign Manager 360 Floodlight activities.

This destination currently only supports syncing offline conversions. Optable will soon support Enhanced Conversions, enabling the sync of emails and phone numbers alongside conversion events.

Campaign Manager 360 allows you to track and report on ad performance across various digital channels. This guide will walk you through linking your Campaign Manager 360 account to Optable and setting up offline conversion tracking using Floodlight activities.

Adding Campaign Manager 360 as a Destination

From the UI

Key Limitations:

• Events synced to Floodlight activities must be less than 28 days old to be accepted by Google.

• The Floodlight activities you sync to must have been created before the events you wish to sync occurred.

• MatchIDs must be seen by Google before syncing an event, meaning they should originate from a page such as a quote request.

Prerequisites:

1. Campaign Manager 360 Account: Ensure you have an active Campaign Manager 360 account with the necessary permissions to manage advertisers and Floodlight activities.

2. Advertiser ID: Know the Advertiser ID(s) associated with your Campaign Manager 360 account that you wish to link.

3. Custom ID: Be prepared to map your Optable Custom ID to the Match ID used in your Floodlight activities.

Campaign Manager 360 Configuration Steps:

1. Open your DCN & navigate to Integrations -> Destinations.

2. Click Create in the top right.

1. Assign a name to your export destination and click Create.

2. Click Sign in with Google.

3. You'll be redirected to Google's login page to grant the required permissions for offline conversion syncing.

Configuring your destination.

1. Head to the Conversions tab and click Add Conversion.

1. Name this conversion mapping and enter:

   1. Enter the 'Floodlight Activity ID' that you want this conversion to be mapped to.

   2. Select which Optable event corresponds to the Floodlight activity above.

   3. Select which event property is the conversion 'Value' in USD.

1. Click Save

From the CLI

From the CLI, input the following command. This will redirect you to your browser to authorize access and connect your Google account with your DCN. Below is an example of the expected CLI output:

You're done! Optable will now sync your offline conversion events to the specified Floodlight activity on a daily basis.
